è Make yourself to have effective speaking; it is about learn more about your voice; speak fluently with enthusiasm & communicate dynamically.  Your effectively speaking can also indicate that you are smart & energetic.  So it is important to spare your time in increasing your vocal skills.

è Control your emotion & nerves.  You have to control them because nerves are one of the most common troubles what you face when you start to speak. Do not speak too fast.  You will tend to speak more quickly when you are nervous. Taking a deep breath several times before starting will ease you.  Avoid racing ahead & loosing track of what you are saying. You may have a note of lists of points which you want to convey.
